Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@getscrewdog.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review and, if approved, send a replacement at no cost.

Items reported after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.


Damagesa and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, we will replace the item if approved.


Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of the product, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued if a return is required under EU law or if a replacement cannot be fulfilled. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.


If you want this to be even tighter (more aggressive on protecting margin), you could shorten the defect window to 3–5 days or require original packaging + photo proof before approval.
